Good news Motorola users! The American variants of the Moto E, G, and X will be getting the latest version of Android 4.4.3 KitKat over the next week (starting today)! That will make them the first devices outside the Nexus and GPE program to receive the new firmware.

It is currently unknown when the update will roll out to regions outside of the US, but hopefully it will be no longer than a few weeks.

It seems that despite being bought out by Lenovo, Motorola are still committed to keeping their devices up to date, and their users happy! Let’s hope things continue to progress as they are for Moto further into the Lenovo deal.
